Reebot your phone, by switching your phone off, 

removing the battery, SIM card, memory card 

and re-inserting the battery,

 SIM card 

and memory card into the phone after 5-10 minutes. 

The act of rebooting puts all the files on the phone back into place and allows the phone to function as it should.
